Unlike many builders who primarily focus on new home construction and only take on renovations between larger projects, renovations and extensions are at the core of what we do. Renovating an existing home requires a very different skill set, planning process, and level of care compared to building a new home from the ground up. It’s an important consideration when choosing the right builder for your project.
We understand the complexities that come with working within an existing home, including maintaining security, essential services, and liveability while construction is underway. Many of our clients continue living in their homes throughout the renovation process, and we carefully plan each stage to minimise disruption wherever possible.
